Say No To Bullying
On Tuesday 8 January, the Junior School SMT (Senior Management Team) led our half-termly PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) themed assembly, entitled: Say No To Bullying!
Wendy Bataineh warmly welcomed everyone to the assembly and explained what the topic was about. Alison Woods and Tim Mannings discussed the importance of speaking out if you know that someone is being bullied. Everyone was really interested to hear Mr Mannings’ data-analysing approach to bullying and Rob Stephenson chatted to some Year 6 pupils about this important topic. Everyone left the hall with sunny smiles and they all agreed how important tackling bullying is. We are lucky at St Chris that we are part of a community where everyone looks out for one another.
The assembly was also filled with many positive aspects of school life: certificate giving and celebrating the successes of the Junior Choir during last term.
