Flex those Biceps
During our topic, “learning about bodies”, many of the children wanted to find out more about muscles: what they look like, what they do and what makes them strong. To satisfy their curiosity, Sarah Alsharif found the man with the biggest muscles in Bahrain! Mohammed Sabah, gold medal winner in the 2007 World Men’s Bodybuilding Championships, was invited to Nursery’s Health and Fitness Week Assembly. This year, he won the shock and awe of St Chris Nursery. The children were flabbergasted and fascinated by Mr Sabah’s immense muscles. Some of the children asked him questions to fulfill their inquisitiveness and some even flexed their biceps to show him how big their muscles were!
