Year 5 Go Mad for Science

Year 5 were thrilled to be able to visit the Science Centre in Isa Town. It is always good to take learning beyond the classroom and all the Year 5 children had a wonderful time. We saw a shark, a whale’s skeleton, a tornado and lots, lots more! The children got to explore hands-on activities although they were disappointed that they couldn’t stroke the stuffed gazelles!  We all learnt an abundance of new facts and Dalilah even discovered how the slinky toy was made! If you have never been, we recommend you go along as it is a great mix of education and fun.
