Tourism in Bahrain
Year 5 children left their classrooms on Wednesday to do a tour of Bahrain. However, it wasn’t just about having a lovely day out but all part of their work on tourism on the island.
The children were involved in lots of activities looking at how facilities have been developed for visitors and how these facilities could be improved upon. They took lots of photos and videos to use back in the classroom where they will putting together projects and presentations about tourism both here and in other countries.
They all had a wonderful day although there were a few hot and tired feet! Maisie in 5D said that while it was quite tiring, “it was lovely to get out of the classroom for a day”. A view that was echoed by many – children and teachers alike!
