Out for a Picnic
What a fabulous day out we all had when we visited Khalifa Park. The journey to the park provided lots of learning opportunities as we all looked out for different types of transport from cars, cement mixers and water lorries to aeroplanes, ships and diggers. Once at the park we enjoyed our picnic and then had fun carrying out a range of activities. We completed tallies as we walked around the park and found out that there were lots and lots of cranes! We can safely say everyone loved the play park, rolling down the hill and running under the parachute. We returned to school tired but happy after such a wonderful morning. A huge thanks to all the parents who came and supported this event. As ever, these trips would not be possible without you.
