Past, Present and then the Future
After five hours’ worth of auditions, the final line up was selected for our eleventh Unplugged concert. With a range of ages from Year 7 to Year 13, we even had a special performance from Rayan Bannai, an ex-student who has gone on to study Music at university in London. Before the concert began, students were outside busking to raise extra money for our Nepal charity.
During the concert, the audience heard a range of music from The Beatles ‘Here comes the Sun’ to Rihanna ‘Cry’. The concert ended with our final St Chris performance from Gabby Liandu, a student who has entertained and inspired the community for many years. Gabby is off to continue her musical journey at the Birmingham Conservatoire, an incredible achievement that we are all so proud of.
