Walking in Footprints of the Past
During the last week of our first half term, all Year 1 pupils visited The National Museum of Bahrain. This outing kick-starts our study of the heritage and culture of Bahrain.
All classes had a fun time searching for important artefacts (including the Dilmun seal that served as inspiration for our school logo), wandering through the old souk and finding St Christopher’s School and their own homes on the giant aerial photograph that makes the floor of the main hall. We would like to thank all the parent volunteers who helped to make this trip such a successful one.
