Can you front lever, back lever or planche?! St Chris were delighted to welcome 12 calisthenics athletes who competed in the Calisthenics World Cup 2016 on the 2/3 December.
Our very own BarSparta coach Jay (aka Small Spartan) competed as part of the five strong UK Team: BarSparta. BarSparta proudly took third place in the World Cup, having been knocked out in a very close battle with Team Malaysia – who then went on to win the World Cup!
Athletes from Team Bahrain, Team Spain, Team Ukraine, Team Malaysia and Team UK wowed pupils with their strength, agility and team work! Everyone was extremely impressed by their performances on the bar and the skills demonstrated.
