On Monday 28 May, St Christopher’s School celebrated the rich achievements and contributions of the Year 13 students at the Year 13 Commencement Ceremony, which was held in the Saar Auditorium, an event which was attended by over 500 students, parents, guests and teachers. Commencement Certificates and Academic Subject Prizes were presented by Principal, Ed Goodwin OBE, Head of Senior School, Nick Wilson, and Head of Year 13, Rola Al Hammoud. Celebratory addresses from Nick Wilson, Ed Goodwin, Guest of Honour, Anna Romanska (Alumna – Class of 2013), Head Girl, Aarti Rangarajan and Head Boy, Shane McCarthy were interspersed with two delightful musical performances. Pianist, Théa Toutoungy played Deux Nocturnes op.48 No 1 in C minor by Chopin and Marwa Al Matrook and Yasmeena Fontaine performed When We Were Young by Adèle. We wish all the students every continued success in the next chapter of their lives.
