Swishing and Squelching all the Way
Children from the Infant School had a fantastic time when they visited the Cultural Hall to see ‘Going on a Bear Hunt’. The West End show visited Bahrain as part of an international tour, and performers used music, songs, rhymes, repetition and puppets to re-tell the classic story.
Children were thrilled as they joined in on the adventure through the swishy-swashy grass, the splishy-splashy river and the squelchy-squelchy mud in search of a bear. It was a show full of laughter, silliness, music and thrills! “The children were enthralled,” said Mrs McKinney, class teacher, 1D. “It was funny when they came down and squirted everyone!” said Tamsin from 1C.
