Principles of Thought
A record number of Year 13 students (20) attended the annual Critical Thinking workshop, led by Mr Walker, on Saturday 23 September. All of the students are preparing to take the LNAT (Law), BMAT (BioMedical) or TSA (Thinking Skills) entrance tests in the next few months. A range of Case Studies were examined, looking at the argument structures, flaws and assumptions. The Case Studies included some principles encountered in legal cases and students also had the opportunity to test out their new skills.
